Returns and Exchanges Policy

Very Belle Returns

Items are not allowed to be returned but exchanges are valid Within 5 days from product shipping date, All online exchanges purchased through must only be returned to your allocated collection point or you can contact us on info.verybelle@ via mail.

If you would like to make an exchange of size/colour, write “Exchange” on the exchange  form and the size/color you would like to exchange it for. If the item is in stock, we will ship it out to you 3-5 business after we receive the returned item

Returned items must be sent back unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and with all tags attached to the product. All returns must be accompanied with the return form and a copy of the invoice received from purchase. Any items received not abiding by these stipulations will not guarantee an exchange.

• Please send us your order number and describe the issue in detail. Please provide us with pictures of the goods that you intend to return for our reference.

• In order to make sure that we are able to receive your returned package, please be sure to contact us before sending it back. Do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. We have every right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back without our permission! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.
