WHAT TIME CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

Our couriers do their best to deliver your parcels to fit around your lifestyle. For single item orders you will generally receive this before 1pm on the expected day of delivery. For multi-item orders you will generally receive this before 7pm on the expected day of delivery.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If you have ordered within the last 24-48 hours then please be patient. Your item is in the postal system and is working its way towards you! Unfortunately, our delivery times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed, but we have found them to be accurate in the majority of orders. If your order has still not arrived on or before the expected delivery date provided at checkout then call the number on the website and the problem will be solved.
 
Special note: If you placed an order and paid for Next Day Delivery (1500 Rwfs) before 4pm Monday to Friday then your item will be delivered before 1pm the following working day.
 
I n  t h e  e v e n t   t h a t   a   p a r c e l   I s  o r d e r e d   a f t e r  4  p m within the country Rwanda, then the customer has to wait until tomorrow to receive their parcel.  The same applies to other countries with the added days mentioned for delivery.
